• The date and time of the cancellation request is determined based on Kings World Transfer system records.

The following rules apply for refund transactions:

• Refunds are made to the credit card or bank account used for payment.
• Refund is processed within 10 business days from the approval of the cancellation request.
• For payments made with debit cards, the bank's own processing times apply.

4. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, adverse weather conditions, or transportation disruptions; if Kings World Transfer cannot provide the service, the full payment will be refunded within 10 business days regardless of the cancellation period. Alternatively, the customer may postpone the service to be used within 30 calendar days.

5. Cancellations by Kings World Transfer

In case of cancellation or service disruption caused by Kings World Transfer:

• The full payment is refunded to the customer.
• Refund is processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
• Upon customer request, an equivalent alternative transfer service is offered.
