What is Tursab?
TÜRSAB (the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) is the professional body that travel agencies operating in Turkey belong to. Kings World Transfer is registered with it as an agency under licence number 14519.
What is TURSAB license?
A travel agency licence is the official registration a company needs to sell tours, transfers and bookings legally. If a company sells airport transfers or chauffeured city tours, you can check whether it holds one before you book.
Importance of TURSAB license for tourism companies and tourists
The licence number tells you who is behind an offer and the address the company is registered at. For us it is the proof that the fixed per-vehicle price, the flight tracking and the person you contact when something goes wrong belong to a company that actually exists.
What booking with a licensed agency gives you in practice:
Licensed companies can work smoothly
Your booking is with a company whose name, address and licence number are public. Our registered address is Alemdar Mah. 2. Tahsin Sk. No:4 İç Kapı 415, Fatih/Istanbul.
Guarantees the security and prosperity of the tourist
If you have a complaint, you can take it to the association the company is registered with, not only to the company itself. A deal with an unlicensed driver gives you no such route.
The facilities of the licensed companies are equipped with all welfare requirements.
The vehicle type is stated in your booking; the meeting point, waiting time and cancellation terms are given to you in writing when you book.
TURSAB license means the presence of trained and qualified personnel and guides
Inside museums, only a licensed tourist guide may give commentary on a city tour. On our chauffeured tours the driver takes you to the sights; if you want a guide, you need to request one separately.
