Passenger transportation contract

1st parties

This passenger transportation and service contract (contract) "Mecidiyekoy Mah. Raşit Rıza Sk. Yıldırım İş Hani No: 3 Inner Door No: 18 Şişli / İstanbul" and the Kings World Transfer Company "and the reservation from www.kingsworldtransfer.com and / or the reservation on behalf of the passengers (will be mentioned as" passenger ").

Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, "Kings World Transfer" and "Passenger" will be referred to as "parties" separately.

  • The contract fee is specified in the service details included in VAT.
  • With this contract, I agree that all kinds of fees for the transfer service I will receive and/or will be charged by Kings World Transfer with my credit card and I make it authorized to make Kings World Transfer with credit card shooting.
  • In return for the purchased service, invoice editing time V.U.K.
  • Payment: Debit card or credit card

4. General Provisions

  • It is obliged to act in accordance with all kinds of legislation, especially the Highways Traffic Law, and to act in accordance with all rules such as wearing a seat belt within the framework of the legislation and complying with the safety rules within the vehicle.
  • When the passenger received the transfer service he received by credit card or debit card, he accepted the written conditions of the relevant contract even if the user did not sign the service agreement.
  • The passenger must have reservations at the latest 2 hours before the transfer time in order to benefit from the transfer service subject to this Agreement.
  • Passenger does not have the authority to change the route in all travel services.
  • For Kings World Transfer, Transfer Service;
  • Apart from the adoption of passenger and luggage information reported by the passenger during the purchase phase by Kings World Transfer, the passenger or trunk of the passenger who exceeds the limits accepted by Kings World Transfer cannot be accepted.
  • In the event that it is a customer who purchases the service to the vehicle personnel who will perform passenger transfer, is obliged to document with the identity documents given by legal authorities and with the reservation document.
  • During the transfer, Kings World transfer is not responsible for the loss or damage of all the goods forgotten by the customer during the transfer.

  • PASSENGER INFORMATION:
    • Passenger reservation information or preliminary information will be shared via e-mail and/or SMS.
    • Following the services purchased, the estimated period by e-mail and/or SMS will be shared with the passenger following the transfer.
  • Transfers from a certain point to the airport;
  • For a delay or 2 hours for any reason, the obligation to hold a vehicle at the airport of Kings World Transfer is eliminated.
  • For operational reasons at airports, your vehicle will have taken you within a maximum of 20 minutes for a minimum of 10 minutes.

5. Cancellation - Return Conditions

  • In case of passing the time specified in this Agreement and/or conditions are not met, the right to annulment cannot be used and the Kings World does not refund the transfer fee.
  • If you have received the reservation from the website, mobile application or call center of Kings World Transfer, you can make changes and cancellation transactions with reference code and identity information from any of the online sales channels or from the call center.
  • Kings World Transfer may cancel reservation and/or transfer due to unilaterally unexpected state, force majeure, natural disaster, full flood traffic accident.
  • Even though there is a reservation, the passengers requesting cancellation after the transfer time in VIP transfer are less than 24 hours before the transfer transfer, or after the transfer time in VIP transfer is considered as passenger (No Show).
  • In the campaign product purchased by the passenger, cancellation, changes and fees are not made for any reason.
  • Credit card payments due to the return transactions and will be released, Kings World Transfer to the Republic of Turkey, the banks or banks to be imposed by the financial damage, commission fee, etc.
  • The cancellations made in the reservations purchased in installments are returned to the card account which is paid in installments again.
  • For any reason, if the reservation is canceled by Kings World Transfer, this will be notified to the Passenger as soon as possible.
  • Rules to be followed on journeys with Kings World Transfer:
    • No alcohol and drugs during the journey within the vehicle
    • Avoiding movements that will distract the driver's attention
    • Not to talk loudly in the vehicle
    • Not disturbing anyone by ignoring the rights of other passengers
    • Not eating during the journey in the vehicle
    • Avoiding movements that will endanger the security of the journey
    • Knowing and performing the necessity of wearing a seat belt during the journey
    • Damaging the vehicle (if the passenger damages the vehicle, the damage fee will be invoiced to the passenger).
