Your data is processed for providing transfer services, managing reservation processes, processing payments, managing customer relations, fulfilling legal obligations, and improving service quality.

Your credit card and payment information is not stored by us. Payment transactions are carried out through Akbank virtual POS infrastructure with 256-bit SSL encryption and 3D Secure verification. Your payment information is only processed by the payment institution within the scope of relevant legislation.
6. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for the duration required by the processing purposes and within the scope of our legal retention obligations. Data related to transfer services is retained for legal retention periods (10 years under Turkish Commercial Code, 5 years under tax legislation) from the completion of the service.
7. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to third parties in the following cases and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK:
- To drivers and operation teams for providing the transfer service
- To payment institutions (Akbank) for processing payments
- To authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of legal obligations

You have the following rights under Article 11 of KVKK:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information about the processing of your personal data
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose

- To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed inaccurately or incompletely
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK
