Purchasing agreement
This Agreement is regulated in accordance with the obligation to make a contract for the sales made over the internet in accordance with the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of the Application Procedures and Principles published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137.
1. Subject
The subject of this agreement includes the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers No. 4077 regarding the sale and delivery of the product and the sale price below, which the SELLER sell to the BUYER.

3. Product Information Subject to Contract
The type of service consists of the number, place, time, time, sales price, payment method, information at the end of the order.
4. General Provisions

5. CANMENT RIGHT / Amendment and Cancellation Procedures
The buyer has the right to withdraw until twelve (12) hours before the provision of the contracting service.
The BUYER has the right to change and postpone the starting and finishing place of the service until six (6) hours before the contract is provided.
The invoice of the service is issued if the service occurs.
VAT and other legal obligations, if any, may not be refunded in full or partial refunds that may occur due to the cancellation or disruption of the BUYER services.
In addition, the cancellation process cannot be carried out in the services produced in accordance with the consumer's special requests and requests or made personalized services, campaigns and other promotional sales, and cannot use the right of withdrawal.
In the implementation of this agreement, the consumer arbitration committees and the consumer courts in the settlement of www.kingsworldtransfer.com are authorized until the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
If the order is concluded, the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted all the conditions of this agreement.
