The Vito is the ideal vehicle for family groups and small business delegations of 5–6. With air conditioning, wide seats and a separate luggage area, a six-person family travels comfortably with 6 large cases and 6 carry-ons. Pricing is economical, and the per-person cost on a Taksim transfer drops to roughly €15. The same group split across individual taxis would pay €40–50 each.

Mercedes V-Class VIP — Luxury for 6

The V-Class VIP is the preferred choice for corporate delegations, premium business travel, and families looking for a higher-end experience. It offers leather upholstery, ambient lighting, a mini fridge, premium audio and generous legroom. The face-to-face seating layout means executives can hold a quick meeting in the vehicle, or families can keep their conversation going. Mercedes Sprinter — Large Groups of 7–12

The Sprinter is the largest single-vehicle option, capable of carrying 7–12 passengers in one trip. • Before arrival, the group coordinator sends every member the driver photo, plate number and meeting point on WhatsApp.
• When the landing notification arrives, the driver moves to the arrivals gate and holds the name board high.
• If the flight is delayed, the driver tracks the new landing time automatically and updates the group leader.
• Once all members are gathered, the vehicle leaves the airport car park; the route is optimised for current traffic.
• On arrival at the hotel or congress venue, luggage unloading and reception guidance are taken care of.

Luggage Capacity: Which Vehicle Carries How Much?

Luggage capacity is an often-overlooked but critical parameter in group transfer. The Vito offers 6 passengers 6 large + 6 carry-on bags. The V-Class VIP offers the same capacity inside a premium cabin. Thanks to FlightAware and official airport API integration, delays, gate changes and landing times are monitored live. A delay on one flight does not affect the others; each flight gets its own driver and vehicle plan.

Waiting Policy for Delayed Members

When a member is delayed or misses the connection, our waiting policy is straightforward: the first 60 minutes are complimentary; each additional 30 minutes is charged at €15–20 depending on vehicle class. Waiting time is reported to the group coordinator in full transparency by SMS or WhatsApp; no surprise fees. Drivers stay flexible for members held up by passport queues or lost luggage and keep the group leader informed.

Meeting Point at IST Airport

Istanbul Airport (IST) is one of the largest single-terminal airports in the world; the international arrivals area is roughly 1 km long. To prevent group members from scattering, the official meeting point is set at Meeting Point A (international arrivals, exit A). For members arriving on domestic flights we use Meeting Point B. At SAW airport, the meeting point is the transfer lane outside the arrivals gate; the name board and driver are at the same spot.

Hotel and Congress-Centre Drop-Off

Once the group reaches the hotel or congress centre, luggage unloading takes 5–10 minutes. The driver coordinates with the hotel reception; if there is a check-in queue, bags are placed in storage. Multi-hotel drop-offs (half the delegation in hotel X, half in hotel Y) are handled at no extra charge — provided the hotels are within 10 km of each other.

Child Seats and Family Groups

For family groups we provide ECE R44/04 certified child seats, infant seats (0–13 months) and booster seats (4–12 years) free of charge.
