You can cancel the confirmation link of your reservation via the link we send with e-mail or WhatsApp from our WhatsApp support service.
How can I reserve airport transfer?
You can reserve a target, date and time for airport transfer, on our website or in our mobile application.
What information should I give when reservation?
When reservation, you need to give your name, surname, contact information (telephone and e-mail), flight information (flight number, arrival/departure time), your transfer address and the number of passengers.
If my flight is delayed, can my transfer be canceled?
No, your transfer is not canceled with your delayed flight.
How long does my transfer wait?
If you do not give your flight number and we do not access the contact information (e-mail or telephone) you provide, your transfer will be canceled automatically after 30 minutes after the booking time.
Where does my driver wait in my transfer?
Driver information is sent to you as SMS.
Where does my transfer vehicle wait at the airport?
Our transfer vehicle at the airport waits in the exit tower with your name.
Do I have children's seats in my transfer vehicle?
Yes, in our transfer tool, children's seats are available.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you can pay by credit card for all our transfer and tour services.
How can I find out that my reservation is approved?
After your reservation is completed, the confirmation e-mail and your phone number are sent to your e-mail address.
Where does my transfer wait at my address or other reservation outside the airport?
My transfer will wait for my transfer with your name in another booking.
